It's too big girth-wise for one... It's some kind of jelly type material, and it smells sickly sweet for another... The positive is that the balls create a slight suction cup and I was able to stick it to my bathroom mirror, allowing for many practical jokes and laughs. If you wanted to use it, I'd suggest a condom and lots of lube.

I am not going to comment on such a personal item. It is very large (actually appears to be larger than 7" advertised) so it is really just a GAG gift.
